Bob Armstrong moved to the Morongo Basin in 1980. Originally, he owned and operated Del Taco franchise restaurants with two in Yucca Valley, one in Blythe, one in Twentynine Palms, and one in Ramona. All in California. He sold the restaurants by 2009.
Bob partnered with his father, Wayne, in a new real estate brokerage in 2000 in Yucca Valley. AFG Realty became the largest office in the valley by 2003. Bob sold the brokerage in 2013 and opened GREEN Real Estate Group in 2015. GREEN is a boutique brokerage. We specialize in a deep knowledge of our communities, the math of the local market, and local history.
Bob has been a locally elected official having served his community for twelve years on the board of the Hi-Desert Water District and again for four years on the board of the Morongo Basin Healthcare District. Bob has a great working relationship with our local governments and businesses. With a business background he can help with the business side of a sale or purchase. He also has a good understanding of our local commercial market along with vacant land sales.

Art was President and Broker of Yucca Valley Realty, Inc., which has been in the local real estate business since 1957 in the Yucca Valley area. Moving here from Omaha, Nebraska with his family in May 1958, he graduated from Loyola University of LA in 1974 with a degree in Business Administration.
Besides being involved in the family real estate and development business, he has been the President of the local Board of Realtors, Boy & Girls Club, and member of the General Plan committee for the Town of Yucca Valley, Y.V.Y.V., Morongo Basin Economic Partnership, and many other civic and economic activities. Art is the son of Yucca Valley’s primary developer, A.E. “Art” Miller, who developed over 2000 residential and commercial lots in the areas known as “Western Hills Estates and Ranchos.” Art has been a broker since 1977.
